Take-off for young professionals

When you join Melitta as a direct entry, you’ll have responsibility from day one and the opportunity to fully focus on your area of work. As a permanent team member, you’ll accompany projects over a longer period of time and become the direct contact partner for your subject area. Direct entry is the right way for those who want to launch their career in a specific function – and put down roots with us.

From theory tp practice: trainee program

Unlike direct entries, the members of our International Trainee Program are prepared step-by-step for a specific target position in the company and gradually learn to take on responsibility. Your role gives you the opportunity to build a large network within the Group – and gain experience at one of our international locations. The trainee program calls for and encourages flexibility and adaptability.

Finding the right path with an internship

If both of the above are still a step too far, then maybe you should consider an internship with us. We actively seek support in many areas from motivated students or bachelor graduates who are ready to get actively involved in various projects and help us drive specific topics forward. As our success stories show, many of our colleagues joined Melitta after completing an internship.

At the Melitta Campus, we train young executives and new leaders to show them what makes a good leader – and what we expect from their leadership role.

The “Leadership at Melitta” program consists of three training modules, a transfer module and other accompanying measures. After the third module, the participants have access to trained mentors from the Melitta Group for personal mentoring. By sharing their experiences, participants work together with experienced managers on their development fields and individual questions. In this way, they can continuously integrate what they learn into their day-to-day work and leadership roles. The targeted transfer of knowledge and experience, tailored advice, and the expansion of your network will help you find your own solutions and strengthen your self-management and self-reflection skills.

Health and wellness
