The Melitta Group’s whistleblower system

Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is our top priority. Ethical business practices and responsible behaviour are the basis for our long-term corporate success. If you have specific information or suspicion of wrongdoing or misconduct in our group of companies or our supply chain (e.g., violations of applicable laws and regulations as well as our Codes of Conduct), we ask you to inform us accordingly.

You can provide us with information through one of our reporting channels:

· Protected online reporting system: Use our secure online reporting system to contact us confidentially.

· E-mail: Contact our Melitta Compliance Office at compliance (at) melitta.com.

 The following applies:

· Every tip-off will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly, objectively and systematically.

· Both the people who provide information and the people who are affected by it shall be adequately protected.

·  People who provide information in good faith will not be subject to any disadvantages.

· If so desired, information can be submitted anonymously.

· The people who have been implicated by the information provided will be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

We would like to understand and clarify the incident addressed in the compliance report. We therefore ask you to proceed according to the W-question principle in your compliance report. (ideally documents, screenshots, photos or other evidence will support your claims):
