The Melitta Group’s whistleblower system

Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is our top priority. Ethical business practices and responsible behaviour are the basis for our long-term corporate success. If you have specific information or suspicion of wrongdoing or misconduct in our group of companies or our supply chain (e.g., violations of applicable laws and regulations as well as our Codes of Conduct), we ask you to inform us accordingly.

You can provide us with information either through the web-based Melitta whistleblower portal or through our external ombudsman service. The following applies:

  • Every tip-off will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly, objectively and systematically.
  • Both the people who provide information and the people who are affected by it shall be adequately protected.
  • People who provide information in good faith will not be subject to any disadvantages.
  • If so desired, information can be submitted anonymously.
  • The people who have been implicated by the information provided will be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Please provide us with as much detailed information as possible (ideally documents, screenshots, photos or other evidence will support your claims):

  • Who? - Who is it about? Who is affected?
  • What? - What happened?
  • When? - When did it happen?
  • How? - How did the incident occur, how many times did it happen?
  • Where - Where did it happen?
