Global Leadership Program

Developing Leaders

In our global leadership program, leadership topics such as "leading myself", "leading others" and "leading teams" are worked on, among other things in peer-to-peer coaching. In addition to building skills and knowledge, the focus is on personal exchange, because you will get to know other managers from the Melitta Group in small groups twice on three-day offsites in inspiring locations and in several digital sessions. In this way, we promote your exchange and give you the opportunity to network, internationally, beyond hierarchies and across functions. This allows you  as a management team to face challenges together and learn from each other.
