Melitta Group celebrates team spirit

The enthusiasm of the employees for our company culture was evident at our summer party across the German sites. Ringstrasse was transformed into a vibrant festival area, brimming with smiling faces, soothing beats, and gastronomic pleasures. The cheerful ambiance and the perfect chance for relaxed networking were palpable. Approximately 1,500 employees from different German sites seized the chance to mingle with peers and savor the atmosphere.

DJ André Becker set the mood with his well-chosen tracks, playing a key role in creating a festive atmosphere. Employees relished the chance to chat over refreshing drinks, bratwurst, burgers, mushrooms, or popcorn, sharing thoughts and celebrating together. Numerous colleagues engaged with staff from other sites, delighted to reconnect with familiar faces and forge new connections.

Besides the food and beverage stalls, there was a designated area for colleagues to engage in different games like Connect Four, Giant Mikado, or Cornhole. As the party concluded, the dance floor became lively, with colleagues ending the night in high spirits.

The summer party serves as a heartfelt thank you and a token of appreciation for all the colleagues who dedicate themselves daily to the Melitta Group. It underscored the significant value of unity and a positive work culture within the Melitta Group.
