Katja Möller will become a member of the Melitta Group’s Chief Corporate Management on 1 July 2025

Katja Möller (48) is to become a new member of the Melitta Group’s Chief Corporate Management. She will succeed Volker Stühmeier on July 1, 2025. Katja Möller has been with the Melitta Group since 1996 and has been Managing Director of Melitta Europe’s coffee preparation division since 2020.

She has worked successfully for the Melitta Group for almost three decades in various positions of responsibility. She not only has the necessary management and leadership skills, but also embodies the values, culture and management philosophy of our family-owned company. I look forward to building the future of the Melitta Group together with her,” said Jero Bentz, member of the Chief Corporate Management and general partner of the Melitta Group.

In electing Katja Möller, the shareholders have chosen a leader from within the Group. This was done to ensure stability and continuity in the management of the Group. She is familiar with the requirements of the relevant markets in all business areas and is well connected. Her future tasks include working with Jero Bentz to lead the Group through a period of significant change and global challenges, and to continue its successful growth. Born in Minden, she is married and has one son.

Volker Stühmeier has played a decisive role in the development of the Melitta Group over the last 30 years and was the first manager outside of the shareholder family to be appointed to the company's management. He joined the Chief Corporate Management in 2011 and has been a member of the Melitta Group's top management body for 14 years.

The 64-year-old will leave the Chief Corporate Management at his own request on June 30, 2025, but will remain with the company until the end of 2027 to ensure a smooth transition and provide support for special projects.
