Since 2018, our 20 or so Melitta employees have been developing high-quality tea creations for the premium brand Avoury® – The Tea in the lifestyle metropolis. And we fit in pretty well here. There’s a lively culinary scene with lots of restaurants and cafés. And there’s plenty more to discover in Düsseldorf in your free time: the city is full of art, culture, and architectural gems. All of this provides inspiration for our innovative products. Part of the Melitta Single Portions team is based at our Düsseldorf site and cooperates with staff in Minden on new product innovations, as well as on marketing and developing the Avoury® brand. Feel free to drop in and look around our modern office and lounge. In addition to the many opportunities that Düsseldorf itself has to offer, there’s also plenty to do in the area around Düsseldorf. In addition to the other major cities of the Ruhr, there’s a host of cultural highlights to be discovered, as well as artificial lakes and the picturesque countryside of the Lower Rhine. And just over the border is the Netherlands – perfect for a weekend shopping trip or a day by the sea. But maybe you prefer the hills? No problem, to the east lies the low mountain region “Bergisches Land” with its countless hiking trails and fantastic roads for bikers.

How to find us

The best way to reach our Melitta Single Portions office on Toulouser Allee 19a is by public transport or on foot. Five tram and subway stations are right nearby, so it doesn't matter which direction you're coming from. If you come by car, there are a small number of employee parking spaces in the underground car park. All roads lead to Melitta.
