We want to get to know you as you are - personally and professionally. In short, we want to find out who the person behind the CV is. And that's exactly what our recruiting process is for, which we present to you in four simple steps.

Nice to get to know you. We liked your application, so we want to get to know you a little better. That's why we're meeting virtually. Are you applying for a position in Production? Then this step is not necessary.
Let's get to know each other a little better. To do this, we'll meet on site. That way we can get to know each other even better. And maybe you can show us what you can do professionally. But don't worry - if we have a technical task for you, we'll let you know in advance. If the position requires it, in some cases an assessment will follow the second interview.
