Your Tasks
Join Our Team as Billing Representative - Let's Create Impact
As our Billing Representative, you will:
Verify service reports and parts consumption to ensure accurate billing.
Ensure correct application of discounts and surcharges on invoices.
Process invoices for after-sales service, including installation, repairs and maintenance.
Process maintenance contracts as required, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.
Process rental contracts as required, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.
Process credit notes or adjustments as required, ensuring compliance with approval workflows.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing errors, incorrect charges or missing credits.
Liaise with Accounts Receivable, Service and Sales to improve billing processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and account changes.
Prepare accurate and timely reporting on billing backlog and pending invoices including trend analysis.
Assist with customer account maintenance, including billing and shipping information.
Assist finance functions as requested during periods of heavy workload, sickness, holidays, or other absences
Your Profile
What We’re Looking For
Diploma, certificate or equivalent qualification
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
Microsoft Office – Intermediate / Advance
