Melitta Professional is coming to Internorga 2024 with new products and an enhanced stand concept: True to the trade fair motto "All together", a barista counter with various preparation methods in the centre of the open-plan "Home of Coffee Lovers" invites trade fair guests to explore and taste a variety of coffee. The coffee enjoyment experts at Melitta Professional draw on the abundance of their wide range of coffees, which offers the right selection for the various segments and requirements in the out-of-home market, from classic to certified organic/fair trade to specialty coffees.

"In the Melitta Group, we can draw on the special expertise of both our roastery and the Melitta® manufactory in Bremen and our sister company Corsino Corsini in Tuscany. We want to make this diversity tangible in Hamburg," explains product manager and trainer of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Mirca Braun. "Brewing Success togehter" is the motto at the central meeting point at the booth. "Whether it's a kiosk or a Michelin-starred restaurant, no matter what individual coffee concept we develop together with our customers, in the end it's always the perfect quality in the cup or mug that counts," adds Stefanie Heidemann, who is responsible for training employees at the Melitta Professional Academy. As an international juror of the SCA, she brings a wealth of expertise and many practical tips to the barista counter in the "Home of Coffee Lovers".

Offer more variety: The option of responding even more specifically to individual preferences, differentiating oneself with special accents and expanding the attractive coffee business is also the focus of the new Melitta® Cafina® CT8plus fully automatic coffee machine. In its new version, the top model of the CT series offers the possibility of freshly processing up to four types of bean and up to four types of milk or milk alternatives. This will allow customers to tailor their range of beverages even more individually in the future, for example with additional types of coffee, seasonal promotions and specialty coffees, or with decaffeinated coffee beverages made from freshly ground whole beans.

CT8plus also offers more variety and differentiation with other types of milk, milk alternatives and milk foam variants. Choice of one or two TopFoam Plus milk systems automatically provide cold or warm milk foam in three different consistencies without the need for manual readjustment. With two separate milk systems, milk varieties or plant-based alternatives can be used in a single variety. And: Thanks to the Low Pressure Brew option, the CT8plus can also make filter coffee lovers happy thanks to an alternative brewing process.

From small to large: The new fully automatic CT4 and CT6 machines expand the range for system customers with small and medium-sized requirements. Fully automatic machines from the XT series, fully automatic filter machines for fresh filter coffee at the touch of a button, portioned as a cup, mug or pot as desired, as well as the Cafina® portafilter range with further automation "Grind connect" will also be on display in Hamburg. The Melitta® Cafina® XT Aroma System expands the fully automatic variety of beverages with up to five different flavours for many new mix ideas at the touch of a button. An important advantage of this is the simple automatic cleaning in the closed system – no individual parts of the slim aroma system (only 18 cm wide) in the design of the XT fully automatic coffee machine series have to be disassembled.

New digital possibilities and service excellence and are other topics at the Internorga booth in Hamburg. A look at the new service portal is also part of the objective of Melitta Professional's holistic portfolio: trade fair guests are cordially invited to enjoy perfect quality in their cups in the "Home of Coffee Lovers".
