At the end of the year 2017, Melitta received the “Top employer” award as part of the “Trendence Young Professional” study. The award is based on a study with 18.000 participants representing the target group of young professionals, with up to 10 years of work experiences.
The fact that Melitta was nominated as one of 360 companies within the studied, is to be based on an active nomination within the previous study. The questions to be answered are grounped around various topics, all concerning the attractiveness of the employer. This way we did not only receive the award, but also gained valuable insights into how the target group perceives Melitta as an employer.
